Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data PushReel collects on this website and while making your ads, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. PushReel is a service of Abominable Enterprise LLC.

1. What we collect

• Email signups (the free-ad request, the video opt-in, the waitlist, and step 1 of checkout, which saves your app's store link and email before you pay): your email, your app's store link (all but the video opt-in), the country your connection comes from, your browser's user agent, and the time. We don't store your IP address. To stop spam, we keep a scrambled (salted hash) version of it for about an hour. We also try to email each signup to the founder, and add your email to our mailing list at Resend (section 3).
• Checkout: your contact details from Stripe, such as your name and email. Card details go to Stripe, and we never see your full card number. We also store your checkout answers: monthly ad spend, current CPI, how we get into your app, and your app's store link.
• App access and footage: your public app, plus a promo code or test login if parts are gated. A TestFlight / Play internal-test invite only if you want unreleased features shown. Also the screen recordings you send, the footage we record, scripts and the finished ads.
• Order and cancellation records: what you bought, payments, refunds, cancellations and guarantee claims, including the ad numbers you send us.
• Emails you send us.
• Technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver this site and protect it from abuse. We don't store it.

Cookies: we use no cookies for tracking or analytics. The only thing we save in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, in local storage. It stays on your device. Stripe's checkout and customer portal pages are run by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.

2. Why we use it

• To make and deliver your ads, run your plan, take payment, and handle cancellations, refunds and guarantee claims.
• To send you what you signed up for, and a few emails about the PushReel offer. Email [email protected] to stop them anytime.
• To stop spam and abuse of our forms.
• To keep the business records that tax and accounting rules require.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for targeted advertising. Your footage never goes into our own marketing or into training AI models, unless you say yes in writing.

3. Who processes it for us

We share data only with the providers that run PushReel for us, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, storage, and email routing and sending.
• Resend: email delivery and our mailing list. Signup emails are kept in a Resend audience until you unsubscribe.
• Google Workspace: hosts the inbox that [email protected] forwards to.
• Stripe: payments, receipts and the customer portal.
• AI providers: we use Seedance 2.5 (an AI text/image-to-video model, accessed through a third-party API provider) to generate the AI presenter, and large language models from Anthropic (Claude) and/or OpenAI for scripting and editing automation. Your footage may be processed by them to make your ads. We don't use your footage to train AI models, and we choose providers whose API terms don't train on the content we submit.

We don't share your footage with anyone else. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

If we spot personal data in your app footage, such as a real customer's name, we cut or blur it.

4. How long we keep it, and deleting it

• Footage and logins: email [email protected] and we'll delete your footage and logins within 7 days. Otherwise we delete your footage, test logins and working files 90 days after delivery of the pack. Once delivery is done, we suggest you revoke the test login.
• The scrambled IP used to stop spam: about an hour.
• Email signups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. This covers both our own signup list and the copy in our Resend audience. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address, marked as unsubscribed, so we never email you again. Ask us and we'll delete that too.
• Order, payment and cancellation records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, so we know it's you. We'll reply within the time the law requires.

6. Visitors in the EU and UK

We use your data because we need it to provide the service you ordered (contract), to keep the service secure and reply to signups (legitimate interests), to meet tax rules (legal obligation), and where you've said yes, for example to use your footage in our marketing (consent).

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on our providers' Standard Contractual Clauses and, where available, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Visitors in California

We collect identifiers (such as your email), commercial information (your orders), internet activity (your browser's user agent), approximate location (country only) and the content you send us, for the purposes in section 2. We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising. You can ask to know, delete or correct your data, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

8. Security

Your footage is kept in private cloud storage that only the PushReel team can access. Our site uses HTTPS, and the signup list can only be read with an admin key. No system is perfectly secure, which is why we ask for test accounts with demo data only. If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you as the law requires.

9. Children

PushReel is a business service and isn't for children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us data, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date, and email active customers about important changes before they take effect.
